Bought my truck brand new there- and have had nothing but problems. New tourqe converter. When they pulled transmission out , they never tightened up 2 bolts on cross member. New radiator installed, & when they did that they bent all my cooling lines causing them to leak then hit me with a bill for $5000 when it was all there fault. Truck wasn’t even done being paid & I put $12,000 down .had extended warranty on it and they would not cover a single thing. WILL NOT BE BACK & RECOMMEND A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP More

I Love my vehicle! BUT, I was taken to the cleaners! Nancy was great at selling her used vehicle and taking my trade, but I did not see any documentation of monies un BUT, I was taken to the cleaners! Nancy was great at selling her used vehicle and taking my trade, but I did not see any documentation of monies until I was picking up the vehicle and had to sign papers then. So papers were highlighted where I had to initial and sign. The only question I got was if I was interested in Extended Warranty which I said No. All was done and I got home and checked everything out when I had time to calm down from excitement etc. Wow...no one told me about a $1095.00 extra charge for the Smart Program, which I had to collect documents the next day for because I wasn't aware of exactly what was covered etc. Okay so I'm good with that. Then I need a loan and...surprise...an additional $1495.53 of Disability & Life Insurance are added on by the bank...WHAT??? I already have insurance coverage incase I die! But the next day when I asked about this, it was too late to change it! Hmmm...so I eat that! Administration Fees????$700 dollars! So I went in thinking that I was only going to have a loan of $10,000 or a bit more and ended up with a $15,600 Loan!!!! Wow!!! Talk about the cleaners!!! No one talked to me about this Smart Program, no one talked to me about the life and disability Insurance which it is my word against theirs. Oh and get a load of this one....Registration Fee charged me $38.25 and then the next day I find out that the Registration fee to transfer from one vehicle to another was only $28.00...Well what a learning experience.....BUT....I love the vehicle! So I eat the extra charges and hopefully I can move on! More
