We spent an entire day shopping at another Kia dealership in Winnipeg, but we had to leave because we felt pressured into buying a car that was right for "them", but not for us. Their extra "tire" fees, non negotiable prices, high pressure sales tactics made the whole experience unbearable. After several weeks of internet shopping, we found the car we were looking for at Winnipeg Kia. From the time we arrived at the dealership, we new right away that this was going to be a pleasant experience. Nobody jumped us as we got out of our car. After a few minutes, we were greeted by Carter, a very friendly and knowledgeable salesperson. He showed us several vehicles in varying trim levels, and took the time to show us the differences between those vehicles. The extra time he took with us enabled us to buy the car "we" were looking for, not what the "dealership" wanted us to buy. Nicole did an excellent job in the finance department. She explained the warranty options, autopac options, and within an hour we were done. We picked up the vehicle the next day and it was perfect, inside and out.
