Purchased a 2015 MAZDA CX-9 exactly a week ago today. Randy and Derek were very friendly, knowledgeable and just all around "HELPFUL". Randy followed up twice after my purchase to make sure if all was okay and advised if I had any questions or wanted to bring to go over anything in more detail to let him know. When we were making purchase Derek advised he is available 24 -7 and he will be sure to get back to you.... He IS - and he DOES:) Now it's easy to rate merely on the sale alone - however - took the vehicle out to Brandon and there were a couple details I had some concerns with. Contacted Randy and Derek - they got back to me immediately - dropped my car with the service department after work and it was ready and "AWESOME" the next day. Sorry can't remember each person's name but young lady at the service desk was efficient and polite. When I said I'm here to drop off a Mazda.....she immediately said "oh you must be Diane....your cell #' is .....it's here for .... Super customer service skills. When we picked up the vehicle 'Dale' was great as well - didn't wait at all - he looked up- had everything ready - super polite. Yemi is always a smiling welcoming face as soon as you walk in the door. The day I came in for servicing another young man came up and asked if he could help....I advised I was just dropping my car ......he replied "oh right over here..." and proceeded to walk me right over to the desk. In an age of getting some voicemail from ????and if you are calling about....select...and people not acknowledging you and /or seeming "bothered" by your questions/requests - this was consistently 'fantastic' customer service all across the board. Showed us a couple of models in the Sorento line and seemed to understand what we wanted in a vehicle. No pressure to move to something else but gave us the info and options do make our decision with. I also returned to the dealership to get the command start installed and was very happy with the service I received. Prompt and friendly. I am giving a 4 rating rather than a 5 because I feel that I could have been better informed by the finance person, Derek, on a couple of extras that were in the final sale. However, I did accept them so can't complain to much. All in all a good experience. Thank you. More
