Darrin has been a great customer of Windsor Chrysler, I personally sold him his first car here at the Dealership. Unfortunately we fell down in the service department a couple of times on this occasion, thank you to Darrin for bringing this up, it showed us an area that we needed to make a policy change in the service department, which will enable us to better take care of our customers as a whole not just Darrin.
