If I could give it zero stars I would ! Went to take a look at a used Jeep and when approached by a salesman (won't mention his name) and told him straight out what we wanted. He immediatel Went to take a look at a used Jeep and when approached by a salesman (won't mention his name) and told him straight out what we wanted. He immediately got into financing questions, told him we had it all sorted and just wanted to look at the used Jeep. Kept trying to tell us that we could probably get better rates buying new. We told him it didn't matter we just wanted to see the vehicle and had our financing in order. He kept telling us our financing didn't seem right, didn't really matter what he thought, we had it sorted out. After several attempts he finally took us into the showroom to look up what they had used, found what we were looking for and instead of taking us to see the car he went straight back into talking about the better financing they could offer if we bought new. Were there for at least 30 mins and never once did we see not even one new new or used vehicle. Interestingly, we went down the road to Langley Chrysler and the salesman we spoke to knew exactly who we were talking about ! Would never return to this dealer nor we I ever recommend anyone ! More

Service department poor service I took my van in alt was not charging I have extended warranty i drove for 2days before they could look at it they took it in the shop and said batt n I took my van in alt was not charging I have extended warranty i drove for 2days before they could look at it they took it in the shop and said batt no good also Sean all said if I did no replace the batt there would be more warranty on the elect system batt tested 100% by two companies it cost me $150.00 for nothing talked to curtis did not care More

Love my truck Just want to say when I came onto the car lot Mike Simpson introduced himself. There was no pressure he asked what I was looking for, I let him know. The vehicle I wanted was not on the lot but he said I'll take a look and see if I can find one. Sure enough my vehicle was found and my colour. The only thing was I had to wait till it got in. Mike said I could use his truck till I got mine and he gave me a full tank of gas. When Mike called me that my truck was in I couldn't wait to pick it up. When I got to willowbrook dodge it was getting all cleaned up and Mike asked if I wanted anything coffee etc.then my truck was brought to the front and it looked amazing. We mentioned I would need to buy floor mats...10 minutes later Kevin had grabbed floor mats from the parts department and had them in my van-----at no charge.
