I wanted to buy a car, and I liked Acura TLX. So I searched online and found carpages.ca. When I entered search criteria, it listed many Acura Used TLX and the prices were pretty fair. We were surprised because the dealer was so busy and just like we entered a grocery store. The salesman, Miguel Manga took care of our case. He was a very good sales, very patient, very helpful, introduced very details of cars we tested. We bought one there. Because we live in Hamilton, on the day of our picking car, we had to take GO train to get Whitby. Miguel arranged a shuttle drive to pick us up at GO Station. We love the car we bought there. I would recommend to go there if you want to buy a car, either new or used, because of good sales. More
George is a clueless and uninterested salesman who lacks basic respect and manners. He scheduled an appointment for 4:00 and kept me waiting until 4:50. He knew I was waiting and walked by several times (I didn't know what he looked like) but didn't even acknowledge me or tell me it would be a while or anything of the sort. Additionally, when he finally got to me he kept running away to help others. He also had no interest in selling the vehicle; he basically told me where it was and said go look. It had left over food in it and smelled like marijuana from the second you opened the door. He was unwilling to share any information, was absolutely unprepared, had no respect for my time, and had no interest in the sale whatsoever. He was incredibly disrespectful and unapologetically offensive. More

Friendly. Helpful. Jason took lots of time with me explaining about the car and showed me many features during the test drive. Fara walked me through the pickup process. I was mislead and they lied to me about noise on the car On Aug-5- 2020, Shahzad presented me used Cruze and he stated that there is noise but it is just the belt that need adjustment and after asking over On Aug-5- 2020, Shahzad presented me used Cruze and he stated that there is noise but it is just the belt that need adjustment and after asking over 4 times, every time he confirmed that the noise is from the belt and it will not cost me more than $200 to fix. Based on the wrong information I made the decision to buy it as I trusted Honda stuff , (As I am inside Honda dealer, it is supposed to be 0 tolerance for lying and scamming customer) Unfortuntly, when I took the car to the mechanic for safety, we found out that the noise issue was coming from inside the engine and the whole engine need to be replaced, contrary what Shahzad told me before I signed the sales agreement at the dealer shop, ( the cost of replacing the engine is at least $3000 + tax) The weird part is when I went back to complaint and return the car, nobody was listening to me, My advise if you are looking for used car, save your money and stay away from here, More

He gave him the list of cars we were interested in and he gave us his honest opinion of each plus he gave us good advice on selling our existing car. He was insightful, upfront and honest; no pushy sales pitches. We ended up buying a vehicle that night!! He handed us off to Dave Takla to finish up the paperwork and he too was very informative but not pushy. The whole experience was relaxing, seamless and quick. We had a great experience from both of them. More
