Purchase experience was good. Delivery experience was horrible. Ignored by the salesman. Vehicle was covered in dust. I was a walk in with no appointment, I feel this is important to say as I never felt from anyone at this dealership that I put any for Nick Mohr. The days before picking up my car Nick Mohr stayed in contact with me insuring I had all the proper insurance and paperwork. Being as I was alone a shuttle was sent to pick me up so I could drive my new car home.. and behind the wheel was Nick, I feel this is above and beyond and greatly appreciated. Nick went through the car and it’s many features like a champ and assures me if I have any questions with this vehicle that I can call him.
