Awful experience overall.. I spoke to Adam first to let him know that i had some bad experience with other dealerships and that i was looking to deal with someone who was more capable of helping me with my him know that i had some bad experience with other dealerships and that i was looking to deal with someone who was more capable of helping me with my refinance needs. I am a serious customer and so within the call we established that folks at Whitby honda would be bale to take care of me. I had told Adam i will be at the dealership for 1:30 and that i will need to leave by. 2:30. When i walked into the dealership the agent assigned to me was not versed with my situation, neither was he empathetic. He started showing me preowned inventory out of which when narrowing down the scratch he said “you have to be open to the cars you are going to look at” he then showed me a vehicle which had lesser kms on it. When I asked what was the history he started showing me the features of the card ultimately showing me carfax which showed 18200 worth of repairs done. Let alone they tried to say my vehicle had some damages which is worth 2900 and it was all cosmetic and rear light replacement which someone hit my vehicle while parking in a plaza. The sales manager Trevor came down and told me of the fees for refinance 386 which was honda and 495 which he also said was from honda but it was never explained what the fee is for. When i asked him he said “this is what it is”. Ultimately when i walked out of that dealership it was 2:45. This dealership showed me they have no regard for customers time. Not to mention they were absolutely unpleasant and gave me an equity of $1000 for my car something i have taken a lot of care of. The manager also said that 93% of the customers who refinance their cars end up getting a new one within 6 months. I dont know about this statistic but it felt to me like 99% of the customers here will be looking to do business with another dealership of honda within 6 months of service. There is so much more here but i am just letting people know to steer clear of these individuals. I called this dealership hoping the folks would be sympathetic. I took my business elsewhere and i am extremely happy with the decision made to walk away from this dealership. Never again.. More
