In my opinion, he was over the top with is "best advice" and the way he took the time to explain the whole secluded maintains pamphlet. He laid out all of the costs and time lines to her, and extended he's own personal experiences. You's all have been top notch and have secured a long term customer. As a side note, your tech identified a faulty battery which would have left her stranded for sure. Again, Thank you for everything, we definitely made the right choice with a Honda and your team.
