My new 2017 Civic Hatchback I just bought a 2017 Honda Civic hatchback George was the salesman I dealt with for everything. He was fantastic!!! The only hiccup I found was when I picked up the car it appeared that George had a difficult time finding a finance person to complete the finalizing of signing papers. This was annoying considering there was 2 men in the finance offices ( 1 was working on the computer & the other chatting with another employee). More

First new vehicle purchase My wife and I were out looking to purchase our first vehicle together. I had my eye on a demo model 2016 Civic at Whitby Oshawa Honda. We met with Kry My wife and I were out looking to purchase our first vehicle together. I had my eye on a demo model 2016 Civic at Whitby Oshawa Honda. We met with Krystal upon our arrival and from the outset it was clear to us that Krystal is a warm and caring individual. She took us out for a test drive, explaining all of the features of the vehicle - demonstrating her deep understanding of the new Honda technology. From the time we entered the dealer to the time we left, Krystal made us feel at home and was not pushy at all. She made accomodations for us as we negotiated the price of the vehicle as well as the value of the vehicle we were trading in (which was a very old vehicle with a thin market). Krystal worked to get in touch with a vehicle wholesaler to secure a purchase of the vehicle we were trading in, in order to give us the trade in value we were looking for. A great example of how Krystal goes above and beyond for her customers. Both my wife and I were exceptionally pleased with Krystal's service and would certainly recommend her if you are looking to purchase a Honda vehicle. To this day, (4 months later), I still monitor the market for the Civic trim we purchased and the price which we paid dealing with Krystal still beats the current market price of vehicles with similar kilometers. In my opinion, he was over the top with is "best advice" and the way he took the time to explain the whole secluded maintains pamphlet. He laid out all of the costs and time lines to her, and extended he's own personal experiences. You's all have been top notch and have secured a long term customer. As a side note, your tech identified a faulty battery which would have left her stranded for sure. Again, Thank you for everything, we definitely made the right choice with a Honda and your team.
