Thank you for your review Sinny, and we are sorry that you did not feel you were serviced with integrity. We understand that you are speaking on your father's behalf, who was the purchaser of the car. To be fair however, we must clarify some of the events surrounding the purchase of your father's car. Peter really is a very caring and attentive salesperson. In fact, he has the highest customer satisfaction in our dealership. You are correct in characterizing that Peter only said he would try to find you some used mats if some became available. Peter is honest, and would not guarantee something he wasn't sure would materialize. If a car happens to come in with some mats that we could help you out with, then we absolutely would, it's quite common. The small scuff on the bumper was touched up as promised, but you are correct in pointing out that we needed the car back to perform the repair, as one would expect. And please understand that any trim pieces scratched by our tint company would absolutely be fixed at no charge. Regarding the review, Peter was willing to buy a set of mats for you to make it right, even though it was never a formal condition of the deal. He offered to drive them out to you himself, but was told it was too late. Peter understandably thought that the mats were the only outstanding issue, and asked if his sourcing them and hand-delivering them to you would resolve the poor review . The answer he got was that only $2000 in free service credits would make up for the perceived inconvenience. Peter felt he was trying to make your experience better, but had no way to make you happy with a demand that was so disproportionate with the events of the transaction. Again, we are sorry that we could not satisfy you.
