The whole process was first class and they truly exceeded my expectations they worked as a team to make the deal happen and helped each other when needed. I thought I would have to argue to have certain things done and they went beyond what I had expected. Salesman worked as an agent on my behalf and was accommodating making any request I had happen. I would highly recommend this dealership with the inventory and professionalism they're a winner hands down. Thank you! More

Selling as is not Honda certified I purchased a used 2016 Honda civic. They didn't even check anything on the car and sold as is condition. Where is Honda certified and inspected. Not I purchased a used 2016 Honda civic. They didn't even check anything on the car and sold as is condition. Where is Honda certified and inspected. Not even an oil change. I paid full price expecting the car was fully certified and inspected but nothing. They washed it and there she goes. Richard Alam is the real crook. He is full of lies, never does what he says. Do not deal with this guy. I found problem with the car and they say if there is a problem I will be paying for it. After 2 days of purchase? I had 2005 Acura and that's why I purchased this civic but no more Honda in my family. Mostly because of the dealership. Don't they sell used cars as inspected? I visited Kia before Honda and actually now that I compare I should have been to KIA and bought Kia Optima. At least better dealership they were offering 1 year free oil change. More

Pleasant pressure-free knowledgeable experience!!! I went into Honda with no knowledge of their inventory whatsoever.... until I met Daniel. I was given a VIP experience. We test drove a few cars he taught me all the features on each one of them... on the luxury cars I was amazed. Then he showed me the car.... i didnt even drive it and i was in love. He sat with me showing me all the cool things the car could do. It was so exiting! Daniel is passionate about his job and you could tell he truely loved the product he was selling.
