Whitby Oshawa honda sales rep don't cair My family and I bought 4 cars in the past 5years from Whitby Oshawa Honda and it was and still a Disaster I bought a 2014 Honda accord touring in June My family and I bought 4 cars in the past 5years from Whitby Oshawa Honda and it was and still a Disaster I bought a 2014 Honda accord touring in June 2017 Jordan I hade to tale back the 3 time in the same week when I pick up my car,I let them know that it was not keeping up in the morning to start my brake was making a squeaking noise with I step on it I came back and mention it to Jordan Crossfield and his manager I had to make an appointment for service department to tell them the problem when they check my car the air filter was black as my shoe the mechanic check my brakes and said my car is ok but sometime when the sun is hot my car brakes will squeak now my car need brakes, my daughter just bought a SUV 2 weeks ago Nov to Dec 2017 and she is having the same problem her sale rep telling to drive the is because the time is cold, in Aug of 2017 my son take his car to replace the Air condition motor they give him a long list of things and give him a bill for $4,000 dollars he took it a somewhere else and all it need was the ac motor More

We were greeted by our sales representative, Karen Johnson. On December 5th my wife and I arrived at Whitby Oshawa Honda for our 2:00 PM appointment. We were greeted by our sales representative, Karen Johnson. Karen proceeded to go through the inventory looking for the vehicles that best suited our needs at a price within our budget. Identifying approximately 8 vehicles, we went out to the parking lot to look over the selection. Karen quickly pointed out the "look fors" and we quickly reduced our selection to 2 vehicles. During the test drives, Karen, answered all of the technical questions regarding the vehicles and pointed out features and benefits of each vehicle. Karen is a consummate professional with superb people skills and excellent product knowledge. More
