Top Honda Dealership, yeah right!!!! 99.9% of the time, the Express Lane only works on one car at a time. Which leads to, extremely long wait times. If you think that booking an appointment is better, not the car. Dropped off my car the night before my appointment; seeing my appointment was first thing in the morning. Was told they would need my car for 6 hours, so, that would mean the car would be ready by 3, right? Nope, wasnt ready when I got there after work. Lets just say, they didnt start working on the car until 5pm. They need more structure, how can you have 4 people in the bay and only get one car done every 20 plus minutes, doesnt make any sense to me. I will never buy a car from there again, they are quick to take your money, but horrible to get it serviced! More

He was very friendly and he listened to my concerns about the car very well and more importantly to me, he was not pushy to close the deal! something that you rarely see in dealerships these days. After I brought the car home I noticed a scratch on the window and after telling him, he went above and beyond to make sure it is replaced free of charge and as fast as possible. I absolutely recommend him and this dealership. More

parts department are fishy, crooks I have been looking to buy rims for my vehicle, phoned parts , spoke to some guy David, he told me the price was $88 each, by chance I was looking at I have been looking to buy rims for my vehicle, phoned parts , spoke to some guy David, he told me the price was $88 each, by chance I was looking at the web site and was able to see the price of that rim at $70..80. I called back and asked how there were 2 different prices, he insisted that's what it is and did not know where I got my price, I had also by now called other places and got the same price $70.80, but this guy after some strong exchange said he will match the price. I just wonder if I had not checked online I would have been conned into paying $17 each rim x 4 , a total of $68. Now this exposes the whole dealership as being unscrupulous and certainly a buyers beware warning More
