As a bargaining tool, if I didn't negotiate the price, they offered to switch the tires for me. I recently went to put the winter tires on and found out that they had been driving them with a flat and that the tires were unsafe on the road. When I brought this to their attention, they told me to either sue them or get over it. DO NOT RECOMMEND! More
