Nightmare Experience first and last Purchased a used 09 Hyundai Sonata. After the sale was finalized, an all CASH deal with no trade. I was basically kicked to the curb. The vehicle had multiple problems that needed to be fixed, but was basically told to bad. I never ever left the lot when i found a few problems they tried to hide. Needless to say i had to email the corporate office to have something done. Remember the dealerships have bosses to answer to as well. Funny how after i vented my issues to them the emails from Jeff (General Manager) started coming how to fix things! They replaced 2 broken vents a center console that was broken, headlight switch (the lights would actually flicker on and off including dash lights. This passed a safety RIGHT), another wheel alignment (said one was performed but wheel was NOT straight), actually detailed the car (was never detailed and if it was, was months ago, funny how stains etc were gone when it was done). The service department was a great experience after the fact but it should have never been needed in the first place. It's fairly obvious their so called safety inspections are quickly checked marked and not thoroughly checked. If you're looking at a vehicle there take it to an independent place for a second look. Guarantee they will find things wrong. This will be my last vehicle i purchase from any Jim Pattison Dealership. You can thank that lying con job PAUL sales man for that. Once the papers are signed he turns into a total disrespectful person. Honestly go elsewhere, where you will be treated with respect i am 39 and was treated like i was a stupid 20 year old that knows nothing. I did my research on recalls etc, none which he checked. There was a service bulletin for a software update for the transmission and motor that was never done! PAUL said it was. Gladly took my business to another dealership, i refuse to give them another dime! To bad they miss out on my 2015 purchase next year all cash deal no trade. More

Amir had a positive attidue as soon as I steped on the car lot, I was not having the greatist day, but this salesman turned that around instantly. At this point I did not have my heart set on buying a car from this company, but his efforts, serivice and friendliness pushed me to really consider purchasing a vehicle.
