It was a good experience. Magic as we named him, was a pleasant manager. Again not pushy and honest to deal with. Areas of improvements for Honda West, the finance department. They were good but you could tell they wanted to get right to business and hurry you on your way. Not a bad thing but a little more compassion would make this dealership THE dealership. More

Reasonable prices, quality vehicles, and no pressure sales I went in looking for a Honda CR-V, test drove 3 of them, and came out with the car I wanted at the right price. Darrin was informative and answered all my questions thoroughly. He was not pushy at all and made it a very comfortable buying experience. Gabe was straight to the point with the warranty options available, and also did not push/ask twice when we declined coverage. Overall, a great buying experience, I would recommend Honda West to anyone looking to get a new or used vehicle. More

The only thing that prevented me from giving a fifth star was that, when I came to pick up the vehicle, there had clearly been some communication failures between sales and finance staff team members and so things took quite a bit longer than they should have, but that was the only hiccup in an otherwise good experience More

I got exactly what I was looking for, at a fair price in a stress free environment. Brice seemed to be on call 24/7 to answer my questions and got me all of the information I asked for almost immediately. Concerns I had (minor paint damage and an interior scar) were addressed and repaired with excellent workmanship. I will definitely deal with Honda West in the future! More
