I chose to look on my own but as soon as I had a question, Carla was there to answer my questions and immediately take me on a test drive - no waiting around, unlike other dealerships I had visited. This is an important point I would like to make - as a woman looking for a car on my own, I have often been overlooked as a customer at other dealerships - but at Honda West, I was treated very well and given the respect and service that a customer would expect, irrespective of gender! I was very impressed with all of the staff at Honda West, both in the sales and service departments - they went above and beyond to earn my loyalty.
