It was our 2nd time returning to Wheaton Chevrolet in Red Deer, and my husband and I had another great experience thanks to ALVIN L! totally unprofessional and very poor service and customer service. have had issues with my last few trucks and during the time my truck was at pike wheaton they wouldn’t communicate or return calls, finally service. have had issues with my last few trucks and during the time my truck was at pike wheaton they wouldn’t communicate or return calls, finally got frustrated and made complaints and zennon the service manager was extremely unprofessional along with not even having the information needed to help and ignored multiple attempts of us reaching out to him and when he did finally call back over a week later was a complete lack of professionalism and i will be happy to forward you the complete history of reaching out to him and not following up then took things extremely to far. i would not do business with zennon or pike wheaton it has been stressful and they have made no attempts to help with the problems. Dealt with Alvin Littner, I was looking for a used vehicle for my daughters and found one through Alvin. The dealer took care of everything for me and made this buying experience a good one. Do not buy new or used from here. Horrible to deal with, they do not work with you at all. All they do is take your money and push you out the door as fast as they can.
