Went in met Tyrelle she had the keys TYRELLE VAN DEN AKKER Was amazing! I was just inquiring about a vehicle. Wasn’t totally looking at that moment. Went in met Tyrelle she had the keys in hand for the vehicle I was looking in to. Went for a test drive on my own. Had the answer to all my questions and my husbands. Was not pushy at all! Ended up trading in my vehicle on the one I was looking at. We had a hiccup with the new one not being 100% ready on pick up, gave me a loner so I wasn’t vehicleless. As soon as my new one was ready Tyrelle let me know she was on the way to drop it off!! Probably one of my best experiences ever! Thank you so much again!!! More

Worst experience buying a care in over 40 years. Spent over $30,000 on a used car and they didn’t change the oils or even top up the washer fluid (it took 3/4 of a jug to fill). We explained to Alvin and over $30,000 on a used car and they didn’t change the oils or even top up the washer fluid (it took 3/4 of a jug to fill). We explained to Alvin and others in the dealership that we lost everything in the fort McMurray fire and that we need a break everyone has had their hands in our pockets. These people took us on our trades for over $10,000! Yes I understand they need to make money but wow, seriously! Oh yeah, they offered me a free oils change and a jug of washer fluid. What a slap in the face. We put our trust in these people and they took advantage of us. More

NEVER NEVER NEVER ever buy a car from them. Full of xxxx. Wasted my $28k after buying a car from them which is full of problems. Right after coming from the dealership the engine light pops up, TPMS system p Wasted my $28k after buying a car from them which is full of problems. Right after coming from the dealership the engine light pops up, TPMS system pops up, Bluetooth never connected, remote starter doesn’t work, key fob doesn’t work, they replaced the bumper but not properly fitted it which is still shacking. Alignment still not fixed properly. There cars are doesn’t matched with the criteria of 100 plus point inspections. I was mad with this car deal as I have traded in my 2019 Toyota Camry to get Chrysler 300 which is a total disaster. I am going to pay my 6 years instalments for that xxxxty car which is full of problems. I reported it to AMVIC which is obvious as you have been cheated and fraud by the dealership. When I went this morning to talk to the manager about the issues he simply kicked me out of the dealership as I have complained it to AMVIC. He didn’t even listen to my concern. I am from Calgary and drove 130 km back and forth but all went in vain. There are so many scammers in Canada and it is my humble request to all the buyers to be aware of the scammers and these kind of xxxxty dealerships. They are different while selling the cars to you and they are totally different when they have to fix the cars for you. Nobody will listen to you. Don’t waste your hard earned money with these scammers. Full of xxxx. I will give them negative rating. More
