We had been in a few times over the last year shopping around and each time he was so helpful and patient with us. My husband wanted a lot of upgrades and can be very picky. Zennon really went out of his way to make sure we got everything we could possibly want. He always took his time with us and made sure we were happy. He even went as far as to change over my daughters car seat for me when we picked up the new truck. The whole process was so smooth and enjoyable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great service and a great deal! Their whole staff was so friendly and helpful! Thanks again guys! More

Extremely poor customer service. After having my own negative experiences with them, I mentioned my experience to my insurance company (appraiser) and he said "I'm not surprised!" I went to another deal negative experiences with them, I mentioned my experience to my insurance company (appraiser) and he said "I'm not surprised!" I went to another dealership and was told they have 2-3 customers/week call or come in and say they had a negative experience at Pike Wheaton. I was in the market for a new(er) vehicle, but after my experiences with both their body shop (who can't follow simple instructions and seem to think it is acceptable to make decisions on their own without consulting the customer/vehicle owner), and their service department (very rude staff- Marina and Travis), I brought my concerns to the owner (Gordon), and he blamed me instead (because I'd had issues with their service department, then their body shop, and then gave their service department another try and still had issues). AVOID THIS BUSINESS! (They offered me a second FREE oil change, and I wouldn't even take that!) More
