Brought my vehicle for an oil it was to be picked up first I get a phone call asking where my keys are they cannot be found, they were in the ignition the whole time. Have to look everywhere for my keys first I get a phone call asking where my keys are they cannot be found, they were in the ignition the whole time. Have to look everywhere for my keys and they proceed to not let me know they found them. Then on vehicle drop off they decide to lock my keys in my vehicle. When I went to use I could not get in and they had to send 2 guys to pry my door open and unlock the doors. The drop off and pick up people need to replaced or trained no attention to detail or pride in there work. More
