I had. a good experience with.WEN as I was in for an oil change and the Tech noticed an oil leak in the front transfer case seals. Alyssa informed me of t a good experience with.WEN as I was in for an oil change and the Tech noticed an oil leak in the front transfer case seals. Alyssa informed me of this and said it should be fixed and it would be covered under warranty. We went ahead with work. I was offered a loaner car and the work was done. The Tech was very knowledgeable and explained the problem. I am very impressed with Alyssa as she was courteous, informative and all work was done without problems. Very happy with Nissan service.
