Service Centre work I own a 2004 Nissan Maxima and have not had to go to Dealership for repair work in over 15 years. I have my own mechanic that I always use, however he could not repair an issue that I was having and said I would have to go to a dealership. After reading reviews of all Nissan dealers in and around Edmonton, I was really afraid to take my car anywhere. I chose West End Nissan, and am happy that I did. Right from the first phone call, with Amber, to my sevice technician Rian. They were both, very knowledgeable, detail orientated, and had superb customer service. Their smiles, eye contact, and gift of making one feel very comfortable is a wonderful trait to have. My car was in and out in no time and the price for the repair very reasonable. I will certainly recommend West End Nissan to anyone. Thank you West End Nissan!! More

Learned a Life Lesson - NEVER TRUST WEST END NISSAN! I fell for a well orchestrated scam by West End Nissan. Traded in my 2013 for what I thought was a 2015 - the paperwork even said 2015! (that turned o I fell for a well orchestrated scam by West End Nissan. Traded in my 2013 for what I thought was a 2015 - the paperwork even said 2015! (that turned out to be a "misprint", but the impossible to decode serial numbers were for a 2014). When I went to talk to them about it - they were ready for me. Three of them literally ganged up on me as soon as I arrived. They already had copies of all the suspicious paperwork out - they KNEW why I was there. Their response "too bad" you signed. Well, I have learned a valuable lesson: "NEVER BUY FROM WEST END NISSAN!" More

Absolute joke Bought a “brand new” 2014 Rouge from this dealership and it has proven to be a huge mistake. Typical with poor quality dealerships, the salesman start Bought a “brand new” 2014 Rouge from this dealership and it has proven to be a huge mistake. Typical with poor quality dealerships, the salesman starts off nice enough in trying to “work you a deal” and then it goes downhill quickly from there. I have had to have my Rouge back in the shop FIVE (5) times for the SAME issues. ZERO accountability. Found out through Sirius that my “new” Rouge had been previously registered and they lied on my bill of sales about the amount of KM’s at time of purchase. The most incompetent dealership I have ever had the misfortune of walking in to. I don’t think they will care too much about another bad review, that’s all they have barring the ones they wrote themselves, but take my warning and do not step foot in this dealership. Funny because when I was in there buying they joked with me about the rest of Edmonton’s “crappy” Nissan dealerships. Have a lot more to say but I think you get the point. More

Shady!! We thought we were getting a great deal... Kept throwing in all these extras including free lifetime oil changes so we were like oh well why not.. Called now to get an oil change and turns out we have to pay 2-500 each oil changes for some kind of maintenance package and you can oil get the free oil changes if you get the maintenance package... We were NOT told this when we bought...'soooo mad and disgusted with them right now.. What a bunch of crooks! More

I put bad for everything but truth is it was not all bad so me and my husband decided to trade off are 2011 Nissan titan.I had sent it in to get and oil change and tire fixed they told us we needed new tire so me and my husband decided to trade off are 2011 Nissan titan.I had sent it in to get and oil change and tire fixed they told us we needed new tires. So we said well what will you give us if we trade it in so we agreed they had the truck all along everything went threw not a problem. The sales guy was great the fiance guy was great so we go in to sign everything and the service guy comes back and tells us we have a 137 dollar bill for an oil change on the 2011 titan. I said why am I paying for an oil change on a truck that you guys now own they said you will have to take it up with the manager. So I did I said to him i don't feel that I should have to pay for an oil change on a truck that you guys own that I never even got back. I told him ether you clear it up or we walk away from the deal he looked at me and said i gave you 5000 of the new truck witch he did not. We got the rebate that came with all new titans he said you can pay the 5000 or the oil change your choice or walk away I don't really care. Very rude so I walked back in to the fiance room looked at my husband said come on we are walking a way from the deal we are not signing anything. The fiance guy asks why I told him what happened he said don't worry about it its covered. This is the second truck we will have bought from them and i don't need to be spoken to the way the manager did even an employee at the service desk warned me before hand that he was a dick and to stand up for my self. So they covered it in the end but if it was not for the great work of the service guy we would have walked a way not impressed as we trade are trucks off every to year we have bought 10 cars and trucks in the past 5 years but will not ever be buying from west end Nissan again as long as that manager is still there. Took my car in for a routine first time oil change, i was concerned with my tires because after only 6 months of me havin gmy car and driving only 1500 kms, they were bulging.. dangerously. I was told there was nothing they could do for me because they dont warrant the tires.. which makes sense.. but im a paying loyal customer and any help or advise would have been appreciated. I am currently being refused to have them PROPERLY inspect my tires after they told me they would.. and after i had to leave my car over night and busing to work, now they for some reasn have been instructed not to do so. All i want is a proper inspection to accurately decide if it was damage or and manufactures defect.. West end Nissian is one of the the worst dealerships ever. worst first time service experience. I will be terminating my lease due to them refusing to help me in anyways.. cant believe it only lasted 7 months. crappy service crappy products and parts. More
