Getting complacent Mayfield Toyota phined me about getting my airbag recall taken care of. I booked a time and asked about getting shuttle bus ride from Edmonton to Spru Mayfield Toyota phined me about getting my airbag recall taken care of. I booked a time and asked about getting shuttle bus ride from Edmonton to Spruce Grove,which is about a 15 minute drive. They wouldn't offer one, although they were willing to drive anywhere else in the city. Tat left me with the choice of sitting at the dealership for at least three hours, or booking the service somewhere else. Fortunatly their competition was happy tp drive me home and pick me up. Mayfield Toyota has been around a while, and I think they're resting on their laurels. If they won't go the extra mile (literally!) for their customers, I'll go to someone who will. More

All the deal negotiations went smoothly and straightforward. I got a great deal, and this is just a start. On the delivery day, we decided to change to a different trim, so Chance immediately went to find the right car, settled down the price for us with manger, and provided the new bill of sale, still provided us a great deal without asking. So he actually doubled his work, but still scheduled a timely car detailing! We are 120% satisfied with our purchase, and most importantly, feels be respected and trusted, the first time in a dealership. He can do nothing and just delivery the original car, as he already earned his commission, but he chose to try his best and helped us again. Additionally, he picked us twice to dealership after knowing we sold our old one! And showed us service department just in case we get lost in next service. Very kind and helpful sales in mayfield! Suave liar Was looking at buying new. Was dealing with a smooth talking Bill. Older gentleman that perfected the art of sales. Lied through his teeth and made me Was looking at buying new. Went as far as to make fake Toyota ads on his computer . Told me paying cash and financing were the same price and showed me on his computer. Though on the Toyota website it stated that there is a 2000 dollar rebate with cash purchase. He continued to lie through his teeth. So when I decided to go with Sherwood park Toyota instead, I had to go back for my deposit and was teased by the old bugger in front of some other customers. Real classless In my opinion. Sad to say that he is a sales person. More

Awesome experience buying from Mayfield We recently decided to buy a new vehicle and trade in our mini van. We had been there last summer and decided not to buy so we wanted to see the same sales person that we spoke to last time. Bill was amazing. He not only still had all of our information from 9 months previous but he remembered us. He helped us figure out all the details for a brand new Rav 4, then when we decided that we wanted to see a 4Runner, just to be sure that we ended up with the perfect vehicle for us, and we decided to go with the 4Runner, he sorted out all the paperwork and ensured that we were still getting a fabulous deal. Bill is the man to deal with to get what you want in your new vehicle. He is professional and respectful. He does not try to force you into a sale, unlike the other dealership that we visited that day. He gives you all the details and explains everything for you expertly. When we finished getting all the paperwork signed we were brought around the dealership on a tour so we knew where to bring our new vehicle to be serviced, an experience we never received at other dealers.
