Mayfield Toyota has always been our go-to location because they always offer amazing customer service and do their best to give us a good offer for a brand new vehicle. My family owned an '09 Corolla and I recently took over ownership of it, but I was looking into getting a new vehicle since I was never a big fan of the vehicle color when my parents bought the car 10 years ago. Jeff brought my mom and I on test drives for all the vehicles we were interested in and I eventually chose the '19 Corolla because the drive was so comfortable. Jeff went above and beyond; he brought us onto the lot to see the different models of the Corolla and I ended up choosing the SE model, which is definitely an upgrade from my '09 CE model. Overall, I loved the customer service and I kind of wished that Jeff showed me the XSE or upgraded model since I feel like I may have preferred one of those over my SE but I am still very happy with my purchase. :) More

Easy purchasing experience. I had gone in looking to purchase the CHR and after a test drive I really didn't like it. I had seen the Corolla XSE Hatchback in the showroom while I I had gone in looking to purchase the CHR and after a test drive I really didn't like it. I had seen the Corolla XSE Hatchback in the showroom while I was waiting on my sales guy to get the keys for the CHR and decided to test drive the Corolla as well. I fell in love with it. Once I had made my mind up, the process was fast and easy. Just had a couple hiccups. I had to go back and forth a few times to get a time to install the dash cam that was supposed to be in on pick up day and also, I was told I would be able to get a touch up paint pen and that it would probably take a couple days to be in, since the colour is new and they didn't have any in stock. When I went in a few days later to see about it. The guy at parts told me they would have to order it and it would take 2-3 weeks to get in. I am leaving for Victoria in a few days and decided I would just go to a dealership when I get settled there. More
