We have been buying Toyota"s from Mayfield for over 27years It start with the purchase of a new Camry back in 1992, the sales manager ask me at that time if I would like the extended warranty I replied why woul It start with the purchase of a new Camry back in 1992, the sales manager ask me at that time if I would like the extended warranty I replied why would I need to i am buying a Toyota, he laughed and said well I will discounted it and if you don't need it by 160,000km I will give you your money back, I said put it in writing and we will do it. Well 160,000 km later nothing need on the warranty Mayfield honored that with 800.00 credit for the service dept. I later did the timing chain and brakes and that was the start of our relationship. In 2005 we bought a 2005 Echo for the kids to drive for school, I put three teenage drivers thru that car two girls and one boy, we still own the car and have 290,000 km on it. All the work and service has been done at the Mayfield dealership, which is where we met Chris Keller and his team hard to find a better Service dept anywhere in the province. We purchased a 2008 Toyota Highlander hybrid used from our next door neighbor in Spruce Grove this car has been serviced the whole time a Mayfield and we now have 380,000 km on the vehicle. We purchased 2017 Highlander new and dealt with Drew Hazlett great experience and a mutal sharing of respect and acknowledgement of our long time dealings with Mayfield. Last week I purchased a new 2019 4 runner from Andrew Sova, here again nothing but a great experience very knowledgeable in the truck dept and again mutual respect, Andrew went out of his way to get the 4 runner ready for me so I could take it to work. I work with my mother in law and she purchased a used Rave from Bill Werbeniuk he has a smile and a hand shake every time I am in the dealership. In closing just a very honest feel from the sales staff they are committed to making the sales experience comfortable. You get the sense they will not forget you the minute you drive away. The service dept is outstanding a big volume service center but here again you are treated with respect and nothing hidden, I have learned if you want to get value out of your purchase you have to maintain them.
