I went to the dealership looking for a new 2020 Corolla SE Upgrade with a manual transmission. After I walked in the front door it took a little too long for someone to greet me. I just stood around awkwardly waiting for someone as I didn't notice reception was near the back of the showroom. I was just about to leave when someone from sales greeted me and got me talking to a sales person about the vehicle I was looking for. It's difficult to find a corolla with the specs I was looking for but it turned out they had a demo vehicle with the exact features I wanted. After a couple days of negotiating my trade and final price I purchased the demo vehicle. I was very happy with the sales person and manager i dealt with and they worked with me to get me a better deal than I ever thought I could get on my trade. They were very friendly and professional. The experience wasn't like others where it just felt like they'd do anything in their power to sell me a vehicle and squeeze me for every last penny, they seemed to genuinely care about finding me the right vehicle and right deal for my needs. The dealership itself is kind of old looking and not overly inviting, but they're soon moving in to the West Edmonton Mall and I'm very excited to see that and experience their maintenance/service area.
