I had a fantastic experience dealing with Jason Deng as my sales representative. I had a terrible experienced on my previous dealership and when I contacted Jason, he immediately addressed all my concerns. my sales representative. Jason, did not hesitate to provide an answer to all my questions and worked really hard to communicate to his team to address my requests. I lived in Cochrane and my wife and I took the bus to Edmonton and when I gave my itinerary details to Jason, he arranged a pick up from the bus station from Edmonton to their dealership. Before I signed the final documents, I have noticed a slight difference with what we have agreed and Jason immediately fixed it and admitted that it was a confusion on their end.
