Good sales department, awful service department Fantastic sales team , but their service department will try to rip you off, avoid it at all costs. The service department claims that you need to be serviced for things that are completely contradicting the official Mazda Canada service schedules. They will try to gouge you for your money at every opportunity. They claim that I need to perform maintenance on my fuel system and break lines, hoses etc at 18 months when the official Mazda Canada service schedule and the service schedule pdf on the Mazda Canada website indicates 24 months for my car model and year. They even had the audacity to claim that I may lose my warranty if I don't follow their own service schedule instead of the official one. You are better off going to a private mechanic. More

Back to Mazda Took my car into one of these drive through oil change places because I was in a hurry! About three weeks later noticed oil on my garage floor. Thou Took my car into one of these drive through oil change places because I was in a hurry! About three weeks later noticed oil on my garage floor. Thought it was transmission oil. Phoned up Mazda to get the car in as it only had 53,000 km on it. Found out that the oil pan drain plug had been stripped by the drive-through oil change place! When I talked to them about this the manager told me this happens daily and it was no big deal! Mazda redid the oil change, replaced the drain plug and even washed my car. Will be bringing my car back to Mazda for ALL services moving forward. More
