He did not place any pressure on us to upgrade our purchase and made several reasonable recommendations on how to get the most out of our vehicle. He insured we understood everything about our new Dodge Journey and even sat with us in the car in the parking lot connecting our phones to the Bluetooth function and showing us how to navigate the touch screen menus. When there was a slight problem with the new vehicle (bolt missing from front guard) Prinder tried to fix the problem immediatly and when he was unable to made sure we could come in at our next earliest convienience to get it fixed. In short... I would buy a car from Prinder again in a second. More

Came in looking for a pick up truck. My 2000 Dodge Ram Came in looking for a pick up truck. My 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 just wasn't big enough with my new trailer I bought. Wanted something bigger like 2500 diesel. Didn't like anything that was on the lot. James said let me work on it, that was Aug 06. He was going to shop around to see what's out there. Aug 16 James call and said he found the truck I wanted. I was on hoidays at the time so James sent pictures via text on my cell phone. It was what I was looking for. Bought it over the internet not even looking at the truck in person. James knew what I was looking for and I trusted him (can't say that of any salesperson) Picked the truck up on Aug 20 when I returned home from holidays. I looked at other trucks and dealers. Our new Dodge Journey is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from Wellington Motors in the past 12 years. This time we had a 6 hour round trip from our new home to the dealership, passing a few other purchased from Wellington Motors in the past 12 years. This time we had a 6 hour round trip from our new home to the dealership, passing a few other Chrysler dealers along the way. We however did not visit any of them knowing that we would receive great customer service and the best deal at Wellington from past experience.
