We had a fantastic experience right from the beginning. Franco came out to greet us and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. After the test drive Franco went through almost all of the operating systems and options. My wife purchased her first vehicle from Ray 20 years ago but it was my first time meeting him. I found Ray to be extremely outgoing and personable. Ray didn’t just ask us what we wanted; he took the time to talk to us so he knew us and knew what we were looking for. I’ve wanted a Jeep Wrangler since I was a kid, so to say I was excited about finally owning one is an understatement, but Ray made me feel like he was just as excited for me. Ray went out of his way to make us feel welcome and show that he appreciated our business. My wife and I purchased a 2011 Caravan last year at another dealership, but since our great experience with Ray, we will now be driving the extra 20 minutes to have that vehicle serviced at Wellington Motors as well. He found me a great car and worked hard to get a price I could afford. Even while I was working with Andrew, the finance guy, Mike was attentive to make sure I was happy and comfortable with everything. I never felt pressured to make a purchase or sign anything before fully understanding all the points of the contract. He made sure I knew all the main points of the car, the details, the perks. I left the lot completely satisfied and excited about the new purchase. On the day of pickup, Mike was completely friendly and helpful and made sure I knew everything there was to know about the car before I left with it.
