This is the first time i have purchased from Wellington Motors and Mike kept me posted for over a year now on some vehicles that he knew i expressed an interest in. I was very happy that one of the questions Vanessa asked was if I was affiliated with any of the family and friends program, luckily for me I was and was able to gain a discount. I needed the company code s was if I was affiliated with any of the family and friends program, luckily for me I was and was able to gain a discount. I needed the company code so had to ask my HR department the next day. My HR person was surprised that I was being offered a discount as she had just purchased a Journey (not sure of dealership she used) but she was never asked about the f&f program, and didn't get a discount. It may seem like a simple thing for Vanessa to ask about the f&f program, but based on my HR person's expierence I believe Vanessa went above and beyond selling a vehicle and provided an additional benefit for me. I started out wanting a very basic van and ended up getting several upgrades, which I am very happy about. Vanessa was not pushy in anyway which I liked very much. She gave all the options available and let me make my own decision. Dealing with Brad was just as enjoyable as dealing with Vanessa. He also was not pushy when going over the optional extended warranties. He provided all the pertinent information needed for deciding on a package that would be most beneficial to me. I like that he was able to provide financing through the bank that I deal with. Based on the service I've received so far I look forward to using Wellington Motors service department for regular maintenance on the van. More
