I bought a brand new 2020 ram, it was the worst experience ever buying a vehicle. The vehicle was full of scratches, the rims also full of scratches. The manager of the service department told me i experience ever buying a vehicle. The vehicle was full of scratches, the rims also full of scratches. The manager of the service department told me it was a very horrible detailing job on their part so when I got home I washed my brand new vehicle to find many more scratches. Had to drive early the next morning To get the tires that were supposed to be on the vehicle put on then had to drive back to the dealership the next day to put the new rims that were not scratched on and get all the scratches on the truck buffed out. After all the running around we get a phone call from the dealership saying that our special part was in… (We never ordered a tonneau cover but wanted one and asked our sales rep when purchasing how much it would be to add that to our package.) I asked multiple times if that was included in our package, thinking they added that for all the runaround possibly. The lady told me it was paid for otherwise they would not have ordered it. I take the day off work yet again,drive to the dealership which is over an hour drive there and back for all these inconveniences for them to tell me the part is not in. So I asked to talk to the manager and they told me they had no idea What happened and they would get back to me. The next day they told me it was a mistake by their service department and there is no special part ordered for me. They had the audacity to tell me the day I went to pick out the part on “I don’t know why somebody would come up here to get a part they did not order” I said because I verified multiple times that it was correct and the part was paid for, as it was a brand new truck we added the packages and extra warranties. I was given a $25 dollar gift card for the inconvenience in my drive, the gas, the day off for the one day. I explained to the manager How unhappy I was with the services and how many times I had to Take time off work and had to deal with inconveniences to buying a brand new vehicle. I will never purchase another vehicle from this location again. More
