How do you describe the perfect dealership experience? YOU GO TO WELLINGTON MOTORS!!!! First, let me start with saying this was not my first dealership experience, however, it WAS my first dealership ve YOU GO TO WELLINGTON MOTORS!!!! First, let me start with saying this was not my first dealership experience, however, it WAS my first dealership vehicle purchase. I had the PLEASURE of working with Vanessa as my sales lady and Brad was my “guy” for financing. BOTH of these people were absolutely AMAZING! Funny, charming, professional, knowledgeable and more than accommodating – not to mention patient :) I went into Wellington Motors looking for a Jeep SUV and after test driving a couple, I came back in himming and hawing – not really “sold” on any of them, Vanessa sat with me, answered ALL my questions with plenty of details, asked me all kinds of questions to determine what I was after, and worked with me to stay within my budget – she was NEVER pushy, and didn't offer me something that was outside my price range – which I appreciated. After sitting with her for over an hour, she suggested we look at another car – not an SUV like I wanted, but I think she sensed something with this car, and reluctantly I agreed, and ultimately bought that car! And now ...I LOVE MY CAR! And I can’t thank Vanessa enough for putting me into this car :) Vanessa is NOT your typical sales person – she is considerate of what you want and works VERY hard to get it for you. I felt like I was sitting across the table from a long time friend the ENTIRE time I was with her, and I wouldn't even consider buying another car without her. This lady is the shizdizzle of the nizbizizzle ;) OMGosh what can I say about Brad? Brad was OUTSTANDING! Friendly, funny and full of life ? He has a Great personality and is Very Easy to get along with. Let’s not forget how HARD WORKING this man is. I was pleasantly surprised with the communication between us during the financing process. When he had to call me – he made sure Vanessa was with him, and they called me together ? I thought this was great, because it made me feel like I hadn't been “sluffed off” from one person to the other and that this was truly a group effort. Brad often times is in the office before he is scheduled, and stays very late to be sure his customers’ deals are going through as fast as possible– because lets face it – WHO wants to wait to drive their new car? I sure didn't – and Brad made it happen as fast as possible for me. The rest of the staff at Wellington Motors were also Fantastic folks. Troy – the guy in the service department .. although our meeting was Brief – I was/and still am – quite happy with the extra care he took with my vehicle :) It’s the little things that make your experience with Wellington Motors really stand out above all the rest, not to mention the customer service was TOP NOTCH! Wellington Motors does all the right things to make your entire experience worth the drive to Guelph. Don’t waste your time going somewhere else – Wellington Motors has everything you are looking for and then some! More

My experience from the very beginning was outstanding from Brent. He was very knowledgable and easy to deal with ( not pushy), which made my decisions easier. He took the time to answer any questions I had (which were many) and was eager to show me any trucks or accessories I wanted to see first hand. Great person and an expert at what he does, a definite asset to the Wellington Motors group. Brad was also excellent at his field, as everything was explained to detail and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Again, any questions were answered effectively and easy to understand so you know what you're paying for and why. You can certainly see the team work and togetherness this staff has with eachother and would definitely recommend anyone who I come across to step through the doors at this business and ask for Brent or Brad.
