We said we would be back between Xmas and New Years as we were on grandkid duty. When we returned, we brought our twin grandsons with us who ran all over the showroom while we negotiated, and the staff took it all in their stride. We were very impressed, and ordered a beautiful new vehicle that meets our needs. The financing at 0% interest helped seal the deal. More

It so happened that our 4 younger grandchildren were fast approaching the time when the rear seat of our 2011 Journey would not be able to accommodate them as they growing to the point where they needed more room so we approached Dave Fozard about moving to a Grand Caravan. He showed me extra options of a 2015 CVP Caravan versus a 2014 SXT with a few extra bells and whistles which I knew my wife as the main driver would prefer. It didn't hurt that it had 2 video screens for the grandchildren either. Dave introduced me to Michelle Rowsell who worked with me to get a deal put together and the gave me over to Karen Fozard for the Warranty and finishing package (paint & rust).It all came together and we took delivery right after the weekend sale had finished. It is a very fine vehicle that my wife will enjoy for years as long as I keep the black finishe clean and shiny while she does the interior. More

Customer service beyond expectation. I have never experienced such a high level of customer service. I have dealt with other dealerships both for myself as well as with family members. Andrew Stevenson is a miracle worker and has such a positive attitude and demeanour that he made my experience a pure joy instead of a stressful situation.
