review is so late because it took almost 2 months to get the part(strut). never heard from them the whole 7 weeks I waited except when I called to ask about it. When part came I asked how long it would take the part(strut). never heard from them the whole 7 weeks I waited except when I called to ask about it. When part came I asked how long it would take and was told 2 hours. Turned out it was 4 hours. I was ok with the service procedure but my wife is very upset that there is now a large grease stain on the drivers seat that was not there when we dropped off the car. I have been a customer of Welland Toyota since 2005 on my 4th vehicle there so am upset about this situation. More
