Purchase a use 2011 Ford Edge on October 08, 2013 for delivery on October 11, 2013 On October when I went to pick up the vehicle Matt informed me that the vehicle was not detailed properly, he wanted me delivery on October 11, 2013 On October when I went to pick up the vehicle Matt informed me that the vehicle was not detailed properly, he wanted me to return the vehicle to get it cleaned due the fact that I travelled from Mississauga to Guelph. After inspecting the vehicle, inside was dirty, roof line had spot of grease, windows was not cleaned, carpet was still dirty Took the vehicle and left after travelling about 1 kilometer low tire pressure light came on(No one check tire pressure) I inspect the vehicle when I got home, under the dash is rattling, 2 bolts missing, cracked driver'ss mirror, inter car is messy, car was not wash properly, Blower fan is noisy, from brakes creeks when reverse. I reported all this back to the Matt after a month I was told to take the car to a dealer to get the issues resolved under warranty More
after spending over $1200 in repair cost the dealer has decided the current issue is not related and wants further income to continue the diagnostics and repair.
