Brenda Petriew was there to look after us and that she did .She was very courteous and professional in our dealing with the service and repair we required. She even gave us a complimentry car wash and vaccume .She was very knowledgable in the questions we had asked about other inquiries about our vehicle. It was very quick service as we expected to be sitting waiting for at least 2-3 hrs were done in less than 1 hr. We certainly shall have our vehicle serviced here!!! Thankyou Bob and Elaine More

He makes sure all staff members have high standards of customer service. Always, my bill is explained before and after, and if necessary during the repair, should need arise. Every staff member is friendly and welcoming. In particular, Brenda Petriew always ensures my vehicle is looked after promptly and fully explains all items to me. Brenda takes into account both the safety of my vehicle on the roads and my budget. More

Always a pleasure dealing with their sales team and by far my favorite place to get my vehicles serviced! The president always congratulates us on our purchases and often swings by the lounge to chat. We will definitely be back for more! More
Poor customer service I had taken my 2011RVR in because my window washers were not working. They replaced the stirrers which they said were on warrenty. Two days later no I had taken my 2011RVR in because my window washers were not working. They replaced the stirrers which they said were on warrenty. Two days later now not only were the front ones clogged again but the back one also. This time they said it was because of material that was I the fluid. They also said that I used cheap fluid. The only time the fluid had been filled was when they did an oil change and they topped up the fluids. I was told that Reno, the boss was in Italy for his son and he would call me when he got back. To date I have never received a call from him. When I first was deciding on buying from waverly a consideration was the distance from my home. They said they would service the vehicle if I brought it I the night before and they would bring it to me after it had been service. That stop two years into my warrenty. Their customer service is poor and they try to blame a problem no their customers. Buying a new car this year and it will not be for then unless something can be done about my $300.00 bill I received fromemfoefilling up the fluids with CHEAP washer fluid and creating an expensive problem for myself. Shady Business, Lousy Service and Outrageously High Prices I brought my 2009 Mitsubishi Ralliart there for a Drive belt recall. They performed the drive belt recall fine but told me that my driver side window I brought my 2009 Mitsubishi Ralliart there for a Drive belt recall. They performed the drive belt recall fine but told me that my driver side window wouldn't roll up. They told me the mechanical component that rolls the window up and down had failed and needed to be replaced. I told them I didn't want the part and to fix the window they rolled down that now won't roll up. I was greeted with hostility from the service Rep Quinn and advised I would be charged half n hour of labour ($67) for the work they performed to get the window up. I explained that it was their staff that rolled the window down causing it to "break". (Again I find it funny it was broken at all as I used everyday this past weekend and it worked perfectly). I also pointed out that I wasn't advised I'd be charged for the work to put it back up, nor had I signed any legal document stating it was ok their employees performed the work. He said the work had been completed and there was nothing further he could do.. On another occasion, I had taken my car there for an oil change, only to realize I was leaking oil everywhere when I got my car home. Took it back the next day and they hadn't tightened my oil filter all the way, causing oil to leak out everywhere.(As far as services on vehicle's are concerned, I would think an Oil change is pretty straight forward, I've done them myself with no Hiccups). So I spoke with service who refused to do anything for me, not even reimburse me for the labour for the poor, shady work their mechanics did on my vehicle. Ridiculous that they would make such a simple mistake and not even do anything to retain my business as a customer. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Furthermore, they charge $125 per hour in labour, as opposed to $100 n hour for labour anywhere else! HA! $125 per hour so you can get unqualified, green horn mechanics working on expensive sports cars? No Thanks! If you like chop shop work, shady business tactics to get your money, at sky high prices go here. Otherwise, please do yourself a favour and choose another dealership. They're awful, unprofessional and do very shady, questionable business. I've spoken to others who have told me similar stories. More

I am going to stay away from this dealership and eapecially garage !! Stick with crown acura ! More
Completely unethical behaviour! The service department tried to tell me that I needed new breaks justifying their advice with false readings. I went to 2 other garages and asked to actually see the parts tried to tell me that I needed new breaks justifying their advice with false readings. I went to 2 other garages and asked to actually see the parts and sure enough everything is fine and Waverley Mitsubishi tried to scam me again and I will never return. They have also lied to me previously by stating that certain maintenance was required for warranty purposes when that was not the case. I would recommend switching to Midas who are now my go to garages. More
From the first phone call and email to this dealership, to my walk into the door to be greeted by a very friendly receptionist I felt comfortable and taken care of at Waverly Mitsubishi. Jamal Bara, the to my walk into the door to be greeted by a very friendly receptionist I felt comfortable and taken care of at Waverly Mitsubishi. Jamal Bara, the sales associate I dealt with, was very helpful from beginning to end of the vehicle buying process. He worked hard and, over 3 hours of time spent with me, helped me find the vehicle I was looking for as well as getting me a reasonable price on both my trade in and on the new vehicle I purchased from them. He was professional but friendly and did not make me feel pressured. I truly felt like he was being honest and genuine with me throughout the process. He went over the vehicle I was looking into (a 2013 Mitsubishi RVR) very thoroughly and explained it to me in detail and in laymen terms when I didn't understand the technical terms. I did not feel uncomfortable to ask any questions I was unsure of and he always had the answer for me. When I was looking into purchasing a brand new vehicle one of the most important things to me was the warranty. I shopped around first and did some research and I didn't find any other dealership that offered 5 year bumper to bumper warranty, 10 year power train warranty AND 5 year road side assistance. This was almost enough to sell me on it! Hope this helps and I would definitely recommend both this location as well as JAMAL BARA as a great sales associate. More
I bought a new RVR from them and I loved everything about it. My sales person was great (Jamal) and the finance office was extremely helpful. I got my vehicle earlier than expected and even had a full tank o it. My sales person was great (Jamal) and the finance office was extremely helpful. I got my vehicle earlier than expected and even had a full tank of gas on delivery! My first service appointment was booked and I was introduced to all of the service associates before leaving. 10/10 and would definitely recommend them to family and friends! More
I have not been happy with the service at this dealership where I bought my Outlander new. The lack of heat has been an issue, and their fix was quite stupid. Put the car in neutral while stopped and rev t where I bought my Outlander new. The lack of heat has been an issue, and their fix was quite stupid. Put the car in neutral while stopped and rev the engine! They use a hard sell on service recommnending expensive service that according to the owner's manual is not required. The call center will phone and tell you that service is due, when you respond that you want just an oil change they will push you to have Option A, B or C; if you say no they will book you in for the oil change. But then the Service Advisor will call and tell you that you really should have the advised service package they hate to take no for an answer. Simple service items takes forever, they are not open after 5pm weekdays and are not open on Saturdays. I took my tire in for a air valve replacement which snapped off while topping up the air in the tire, and they have had my car for over 24 hours!!! Their shuttle service is not reliable; once I was told that they couldn't pick me up because I worked too far from them and it was near the end of the day. I could go on but what's the use, I am trading my SUV in for a Chevy. More
