CAN'T EVEN REINSTALL PANEL PROPERLY!!! I purchased my Dodge journey brand new 4 years ago from this dealership.I paid more for an extended warranty but last month the rear wiper malfunction I purchased my Dodge journey brand new 4 years ago from this dealership.I paid more for an extended warranty but last month the rear wiper malfunctioned and it needs to be replaced.I took it to them and the wiper was replace.When i got back home I opened the back and I saw 2 cracks on the vinyl panel and it had gaps on both sides like it was not reinstalled properly.I called CARL LUNDGREN the advisor about it and he told me that it would be an easy fix for they have been in businesss for decades and told me to come back when the weather is nicer.So last monday I took it to them and the next day I picked it up and i decided to have a quick look at the handiwork.The cracks were gone but the panel was still not flushed.it has an inch gap.Still the same! So I came back in and told CARL ,his response to me is this" I CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT COZ IT'S JUST PLASTIC!" What?How STUPID is that!!I decided not to argue for they already had enough of my time wasted!Dodge did not build it that way!I believe in the Dodge brand.I worked very hard for my car,I love it and really take care of it.THE QUALITY OF THE WORK IS VERY POOR AND IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!ZERO STARS! DONT EVER,EVER SET YOUR FOOT ON THIS DEALERSHIP! More

after care once you purhcased your vehicle So I purchased my 2017 Challenger RT on Feb 8/19 and traded in my Nissan. I had the dealership install an aftermarket exhaust system. The day I pick So I purchased my 2017 Challenger RT on Feb 8/19 and traded in my Nissan. I had the dealership install an aftermarket exhaust system. The day I picked up the Challenger I was promised they would send the stock pipes and lug nuts out to me. It's been a month and a half and I don't have a clue what is going on with the pipes, lug nuts or the receipt that I requested. I have sent weekly emails to Yadi and an email to Manager Rogers. I gave up on them. Thanks Waverley for another crappy car dealership experience! More

Misdiagnosed and Unrepaired Issues on a BRAND NEW Vehicle I’ve brought my brand new vehicle in for service repairs a few times now, and everytime I return to pick it up because “services are completed” the en I’ve brought my brand new vehicle in for service repairs a few times now, and everytime I return to pick it up because “services are completed” the engine light turns on INSTANTLY. It would seem as though they are using the warranty of the vehicle to their benefit instead of insuring proper servicing and safety of a vehicle. They lack professionalism when providing the service, having someone expecting the return to a repaired vehicle only to find out the issue was unresolved. With my car, if the engine light is on the command start and 4x4 do NOT work, with it being winter and having unpredictable weather both were features that had sealed my deal with buying it. However, I have had unresolved issues with my car since November, leaving both features essentially useless. More

Terrible customer service My 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 that I purchased here is a complete lemon. Over 10 recalls & repairs have had to be done on my vehicle since bought in February My 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 that I purchased here is a complete lemon. Over 10 recalls & repairs have had to be done on my vehicle since bought in February 2017. All everybody does down there when I express my concern is laugh at me. The service room is full of people waiting to get a shuttle to go home while their vehicle gets fixed. No compensation whatsoever. I lose out on a days pay every time I have to bring it in there but nobody cares. Next vehicles we buy for our fleet will be Toyota or Nissan. I’m sure those trucks aren’t perfect but much better quality than Dodge! Save yourself the hassle and buy better! Just sayin’ More
