Terrible service. The staff here are rude, slow, and condescending. I took my car in for a warranty claim and they said they couldn't find any issue. I drove off and noticed the issue within 30 seconds of leaving the lot. I turned around and showed the issue to a mechanic. They said they needed to order a part and would let me know when it arrived. I emailed and phone them several times over the next few months and never got a response. 2 years later and they never followed up with me. More

No value for the customer's time. Then on Aug 23 this battery failed, and they did not have a replacement available,but John Resendes was very helpful to arrange a rental for us until it came in. It was our 60th wedding anniversary over that weekend, so we had to have a vehicle.
