My daughter had her first car deal made. Numbers 100% agreed to by Dan and his sales manager. Drivers lic in and getting them insurance slip, car to be picked up next saturday. Paperwork showed and a mystery new line added. "ride green and windshield" for $830 plus tax. No kidding, no idea what that even is. When I called Dan, he 100% agree it was not discussed, never agreed to and should not be there. Claims his Manager made him put it in and he agreed it was not right. Daughter totally upset. $830 isn't the end of the world but a lot to a student buying her first car and just wrong. I guess they just assume their customers are too dumb to notice, or once hooked, they can change the price. Crazy, Horrible way to do business. Shame on Waterloo Honda management. What horrible way to treat a new Honda buyer. This is the kind of treatment you expect from a seedy used car dealership in the 90's NOT a HONDA dealership. I would never do business with a place that operates this way! Find a place that does business with ethics, and integrity! I have all on text and email etc. SHAME!
