Excellent same day service. The back seats of my CRV had some holes that were caused by me when I was moving some furniture (screws were sticking out of the furniture). Honda (Ro The back seats of my CRV had some holes that were caused by me when I was moving some furniture (screws were sticking out of the furniture). Honda (Rob) called in their upholstery guy to fix the problem the holes the very same day. I indicated there were two holes that needed to be fixed (which they did fix); But I missed pointing out a third hole (my fault for not seeing/ pointing it out the first time); so when I brought the CRV back the next day to have the third hole repaired, the upholstery guy was called back in (same day) and I wasn't charged for the work done. More
