Great service on a Honda recall completed today: super staff, work completed in a timely manner. That being said, cannot rate as a 5 star as a number of requests in the past 3 months for price and instal staff, work completed in a timely manner. I bought my car at Waterloo Honda and the sales team was fantastic and knowledgeable. After my service appointment I’m very happy to say that the maintenance team continues this excellent. Toma is my adviso fantastic and knowledgeable. After my service appointment I’m very happy to say that the maintenance team continues this excellent. Toma is my advisor and arranged my windshield repair for me within a day. I was able to bring my car in 2 days later and he billed my insurance on my behalf. I’m incredibly happy with the service! I was worried about fighting insurance however he called before on my behalf to ensure everything would be taken care of. He also arranged shuttle service for me to and from work and was able to accommodate my schedule. Highly recommend Waterloo Honda, they really treat you like family. More
