I am very happy with the service received to replace my 5-year old battery which died on a Saturday. I had the car towed to the dealership just before closing the same day, and was subsequently contacted b 5-year old battery which died on a Saturday. The problem was diagnosed and the battery replaced before noon the same day at almost exactly the same cost (within a dollar) as initially estimated. The shuttle service was also excellent. More

I had a very disappointing experience at Waterloo Honda. Took my Odyssey in for a service and to fix a rear entertainment issue. Additionally, they showed clear bias because I purchased my vehicle from another dealership. Overall, the service was inefficient and overpriced. I won't be returning to this dealership. More

Moreover, during the signing of documents, there was a lack of adequate explanation regarding their contents, leaving me with uncertainties regarding the transaction. More
