This is the first time I have not been impressed with the dealer. My vehicle was in the shop at 0715 and was not even in for the servicing until after 1330. Beware and go elsewhere. I was charged for a diagnosis that should have been under warranty. He was very dismissive and held my keys hostage until I paid for warranted work. He could care less about customer service or customer satisfaction, and even told me as such. I left feeling distraught, disrespected and unsatisfied. They have lost out on a new truck sale and any other services needed in the future. I hope it was worth it Grant. There are way better Ford dealerships in Edmonton than Waterloo Ford. Never again Waterloo. More
