Where do I start? I have never owned a Ford prior and thought let’s give the Bronco a try. Anything that was promised did not happen until (but did the financing quickly pushing all the extras) kept asking, poor communication, lack of follow through, went around in circles. The customers relations person stepped in almost two months after the sale to rectify my concerns. The service man, Nathan was fabulous and deserves recognition for amazing customer service. I have purchased at least 10 vehicles in my lifetime and never had such poor service and felt there are some unethical practices. Please beware if your deal with this location. Once they gave your money good luck moving forward. More

Sam our salesman was good. Listened to what we were looking for and did what he promised. However the finance people were not that easy to work with especially once we said we were paying cash and not financing through the dealership. There were some things on the truck that needed to be fixed but were not so we did not pick up the truck in our initial pick up visit. Communication was poor. When I came in for some paperwork after the finance person said he would let me know status of the truck next day. Never heard from him and when I called for an update was told he had left for the day. Our sales rep did his best to keep us informed. More
