As a long-time Volvo owner I was particularly impressed with their level of knowledge, professionalism, concern and attention to detail. I had a minor issue with the car a week later (not uncommon for a used vehicles) but unlike most places the sales and service department really stood by the car, thier work and me the customer and were extremely obliging. Not only did they cover all the repairs but they provided routine status updates and even went out of their normal operating area to ensure I got a ride home while the car was being serviced. I would highly recommend dealing with Aaron Chuang (General Manager) and Justin Connell (Service Advisor) as they both really went out of their way. Great experience. More
