If you want an amazing car buying experience, this dealership is the place for you! Our representative Jimmy is one of the best we've ever come across. We just bought our third Volvo from him. At time dealership is the place for you! Our representative Jimmy is one of the best we've ever come across. We just bought our third Volvo from him. At times we had questions and would text message him and he always replied no matter the day or time. Our experience is positive and we always felt satisfied. Jimmy has gone above and beyond for us and proved how much he appreciates our loyalty. I'd also like to add the most important thing to us when buying a car is that we aren't pressured to buy, because being pressured doesn't make the experience enjoyable. Jimmy never "pushed" us to purchase. His knowledge, politeness and helpfulness is what made us buy from him and what makes us come back to this dealership every time we need a new car! I bought a used Volvo from them and after a month and a half of ownership the check engine light came on. I had to have to PCV system replaced, which I did at V-Garage, Volvo specialists. The engine filter half of ownership the check engine light came on. I had to have to PCV system replaced, which I did at V-Garage, Volvo specialists. The engine filter and coolant were also replaced as needed. I was very upset that these had to be replaced so soon after purchasing from the dealership- an actual Volvo dealership, and I left a negative review. However, since doing so, Carson, the Manager at Volvo of Unionville, reached out and made everything right. He made sure that I was a satisfied customer. I was impressed at the speed with which he addressed my concerns and issues and I can now recommend them highly for their cars and service.
