He said excuses and asked for 5 min to get me the info. At the mean time a manager approached me and asked I need help. I question him how long it takes to get a quote for a part, and I was told 2 min. After extra 10 min waiting I left without the info and 30 min lost time. More

The staff and atmosphere was so friendly and inviting you just feel so welcome as soon as you walk through the doors. I had the privilege of dealing with Stephanie David and she went above and beyond all my expectations. She was upfront and honest and very friendly and kind definitely made this the best new car purchase I’ve ever had I highly recommend her to anyone searching for a new car, you definitely won’t be disappointed!! Worst ever dealership experience, from dealing with Massimo in sales, to the service department and eventually escalating to the used car manager, and then the general manager, Chris Belear. Absolutely Massimo in sales, to the service department and eventually escalating to the used car manager, and then the general manager, Chris Belear. Absolutely zero communication between the departments and zero customer service skills. If your considering buying a car there 'd suggest you look at other dealerships, or be prepared to go through a lacklustre dealership encounter. More
I would love to buy an Alltrack Golf . Had an appointment yesterday -Saturday Jan 8- to see one of theirs . Had a phone conversation about the car before . The car had 1 original tire after 100k and ano yesterday -Saturday Jan 8- to see one of theirs . Had a phone conversation about the car before . The car had 1 original tire after 100k and another 3 from different years . Left side was fully painted (that nobody ever mentioned before and at the end of my visit they said the advertised price has just been lowered because of that , so they actually knew . (That ad on AutoTrader has only pictures about the left side , because the right side has dents and scratches.) I wish I checked the 100+ points certificate about the car if that mentions it or not . Had a nice comment from the sale manager saying he was already a mechanic before I even lived ,but he couldn’t explain how the original rear brake rotors would be in a 50% condition if the car has over 100k already . Maybe this is normal and the problem is with me , but imagine I drove hours to see the car and need to become as disappointed as I left the place yesterday . They said I should not worry , because they will sell the car to someone else easily . Right after the figured that I know about cars “a bit” I felt like they are doing a favour to let me walk around the car acting like I am wasting their time. Such a negative experience . This is a very difficult time for all the businesses including car dealers as well . Hope this review to find its attention to do better in the future . CLEAN CARFAX MEANS NOTHING ! More
Waited for 2+ hours to get an oil change and a new battery. After waiting over 2 hours I was told the part is not in stock and had to come back. Also, $300+ For a battery replacement and $130 for an o battery. After waiting over 2 hours I was told the part is not in stock and had to come back. I had a wonderful experience. Fred Care helped greatly and I received the vehicle with new tires and brakes which was an added bonus. The price was great as well on the used Nissan Rogue. and I received the vehicle with new tires and brakes which was an added bonus. The price was great as well on the used Nissan Rogue. More
Purchased 2013 Audi S4 from these guys online and when I went to pick it up it had a transmission issue. When mentioned to them they never mentioned the transmission issue and I wanted my money back they re went to pick it up it had a transmission issue. When mentioned to them they never mentioned the transmission issue and I wanted my money back they refused. They then called me on a conference call and started making threats to meet them "anywhere, any place". I am shocked at this type of customer service and friendliness from this dealership. The one guy who made the worst threats he works at McLaren Toronto where this car was being stored. All owned by PFAFF. Saw a bunch of used cars stored behind there and it seems they wholesale cars behind the McLaren building and boy do they not tell you about major issues. Crazyness. You get better treatment from Chrysler and Chevrolet dealerships. More
