I had been looking for a new vehicle for several months now. I tried emailing different dealerships with no reponse back. When I saw that Pfaff had the vehicle I had been looking for I emailed them right a way for a price quote. It was 8pm when I emailed them. What impressed me was that a few minutes later Shehan called as he just received the email and even though it was after closing he took the time to call me. After several emails with pricing quotes back and forth I made the decision I wanted to purchase the 2010 VW Touareg TDI. Shehan made the transition of paper work so easy since we are 7hrs away. Any of our questions were responded to promptly. When I decided to purchase the vehicle the paper works was faxed or emailed to me right away and was processed quickly.
