He got me the most I was offered for my vehicle and felt that I wasn't low balled. He understood what I wanted and what other offers I was considering. He presented several alternatives and let me choose vs trying to shoe horn me into something they wanted. On the day of the pick-up he had the car ready and showed all of the features and explained them thoroughly. Overall it was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership.
